Once approved, pack all items that you received and make sure you pack them the way you received it
Ship it or drop it off. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will issue your refund

How do I return my order?

Yes! You can return all items within 30 days if you still have the original packaging.
So, what’s the catch? There is no catch. No restocking fee, no surprise fees—period.

Where do I send my return?

Don’t worry – the return address is automatically added to the prepaid return label provided by our shipping partner.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

We’ll process your return within a few days of receipt back to our warehouse, and you’ll receive your refund through your original method of payment.
